Have you ever woke up one morning or walked past a mirror and looked at yourself and thought "what the hell happened"?????
That was me three years ago when I stepped on the scale and asked myself that very question because I was out of my "normal" weight range (195-200).
Since I didn't like what the scale said I told myself that because the scale was 10 years old it must have been wrong.
I went out and brought a new scale the next day and the new scale read the same- 207(WTF).
I'd weighed 300 pounds for quite a few years and successfully lost 110 and maintained the loss since 2003.
I was an expert on what worked for me ........exercising and semi-sound nutrition....but apparently I missed some key things in the last few years such as STOP EATING SO MUCH!
I had lengthy discussions with friends about why we gain weight once reaching a certain age....hormones......stress.....lack of exercise.....eating to much. Any and everything sounded like the RIGHT answer.
Fast forward another year and my weight was at 213. Something MUST be wronger than wrong right?
Today, April 27, 2017- I sit with my beautiful scale reading at 223 and I have decided enough is enough and I am ready to face the fact that what worked for me 5-10 years ago is definitely not working for me today.
So when Robin, a Facebook running friend asked for some folks to join her in a Plexus Challenge that would last for 28 days, I was intrigued and decided to join.
On April 11th, I placed my order for the Challenge and on April 14th I ended up placing an additional order.
April 17th I started the challenge.......fell in love with the product and on April 26th decided to go all in and learn about the business side of Plexus......and YES-I placed another order!!!!
I will keep y’all posted about my endeavor to lose my "ExtraDivafied" 19 pounds using Plexus and invite y'all to follow along and wish me luck on this wieght loss journey.
